SUNNY DAYS INCOMING !!!

In California in my place sunny day will come and its really delicious to eat cool cold food so I will post in the next days about healthy ice cream you can make at home and it will be lovely for your self and family or friends.

EARLY MORNING SMOOTHIE 
In the early morning when I open my window and locking to the beautiful sun rise I start to programming my morning and manage my time, especially I have two adorable kids they spend all my time.
So I need to start in healthy way to find the energy to fight the time and arrange my home and life and finish all my study, and I do that by good healthy breakfast manly making a pancake with banana slices or fruit smoothie that is fast and easy and healthy and I feel my self-creative every time. 
My favourite recipe for breakfast is papaya smoothie, I believe you will feel strange with this recipe but its worth to try it and see its effect on your daily energy.
I do it by put banana, papaya, honey, vanilla drops and milk then blend them all together. sometimes I add ice cubes but it's not really healthy for the morning ( when the stomach is empty medically we must start with worm soft food not cold or hard food ).
then I start my day in a healthy way

MY KIDS ARE MY BEST WHAT HAPPENS IN MY LIFE
Before five years when I become a mom for the first time, I really scared and I start to think what the best for me and for my baby, so I start to looking for the healthiest recipes to eat that it will be good food for my baby when they grow up.
 Now my baby becomes a kid and he is ready to go to school, I start to prepare backpack for him and lunch box, and fill them with the good healthy food.
