wake up ... its time for workout !!!

From the early morning before my kids wakes up, I wake up and start my activity to fast walking some times I go with water bottle to prevent dehydration in my body because I loss lot  through the running 


I scheduled my time by arrange my alarm on 5:00 am to start earlier as possible , and then I start to clean up then when sun rise start, I take a glass of water then  I start to run to begin my day in super activity.
If you commit with this routine for every day you will feel the deference in your life , in activity and health and even in the mental health because there are more brain nutrition with all supplement that it need.




This sunrise mean your day just started , you should  wake up and start your activity with happy face and start your routine with focusing in your goal, in your job home or even in personal life.

Some time I take my kids with me to the walk time so this is my lunchbox !! formula bottle for my baby and milk bottle for my kid with cereal for healthy snake finally bottlle of water for me.
